Discovery
Our design process begins with a thorough needs analysis. Understanding the customer's existing AV setup and desired functionalities and assessing the project environment, including room size and architectural constraints, is crucial. Identifying project goals aligns the solution with broader objectives while acknowledging user experience expectations ensures a user-friendly design. Additionally, clarifying budget constraints is integral for reasonable resource allocation. This comprehensive discovery forms the foundation for an effective AV solution.
Engagement
We develop a detailed Proposal and Scope of Work (SOW), outlining technical specifications, budget considerations, project milestones, timelines, and responsibilities. We use a collaborative approach to foster transparency and effective communication between the design team and the client, laying the groundwork for a successful implementation of the solution.
Design
We conduct a thorough site survey to understand the space, examining dimensions, lighting, and acoustics. This is followed by careful product selection, evaluation, and testing to ensure the equipment aligns with project objectives and performance standards within the designated environment. Our meticulous approach ensures a customized and effective solution tailored to the client's needs.
Engineering
We use design tools like EASE and AutoCAD for visualization and documentation, which includes title pages, key plans, termination/installation details, AV floor and ceiling plans, audio, video, and control line diagrams, rack elevations, and conduit schedules.
Delivery
We provide the integrator with a comprehensive final drawing package for the design, including schematics, CAD renderings, and technical specifications. These deliverables are thoroughly documented, outlining power, load, and other critical requirements. We deliver the package digitally and in printed form, white-labeled with the integrator's branding for a seamless handoff to the client.
